By registering, downloading, installing, subscribing to, or otherwise using the ListenLeap app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms applicable to certain features.

ListenLeap is a language learning app offering interactive AI-based tools for improving language skills. Services may include push notifications, email alerts, and third-party advertisements.
Use of the service is limited to users aged 16 and older. ListenLeap grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services, subject to these terms.

Feature availability and quotas are subject to change. Refer to in-app displays for the most current offerings.
Subscriptions are available via Apple App Store and Google Play. Auto-renewal is enabled by default and charges apply within 24 hours of the period’s end unless canceled in advance.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. You may cancel via your app store settings.
No refunds are provided for the current period after cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective policies.
Users may not misuse the service or engage in any activity that disrupts operations or violates these terms. ListenLeap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if terms are violated.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features with notice where appropriate.
We endeavor to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee complete security. Please report concerns to listenleap@talkme.ai.
We may share personal data with service providers for operations, fraud prevention, customer service, and analytics. Data may be disclosed to legal authorities when required or transferred during business changes.
